A group of Florida real estate agents have agreed to participate in the FREBS program. These agents will give you a cash stimulus at closing on your Florida real estate purchase. You could be eligible for up to $150,000.

Q: Who is elegible?
A: Anyone who is purchasing real estate in Florida.
Q: Where is the stimulus available?
A: Currently only in Florida, and is based on the availablility of agents participating in the areas you are intersted in.
Q: How is the stimulus calculated?
A: The percentage is based on the commission received by the buyers agent. Which is typically 3% of the purchase price.
Q: Is there a purchase price limit?
A: Yes, there is a maximum of $10,000,000 purchase price and a maximum of $150,000 for the buyers stimulus.
Q: Is it legal?
A: Of course! It will be received as a closing cost credit from the buyers agent to the buyer.
